Getting here
No matter where you’re coming from, getting to the City Market Downtown is easy.
Where to find us
We are located in the downtown core in Edmonton, Alberta. From May to Thanksgiving, the City Market Downtown is open from 9am to 3pm (rain or shine) and is located outdoors on 104th Street, north of Jasper Avenue in downtown Edmonton. See green pushpin on map below.
From October 15 to May, the Market moves inside to City Hall, located at Sir Winston Churchill Square in downtown Edmonton, and is open from 10am to 3pm. See blue pushpin on map below.

Both locations of the Market are wheelchair accessible.
If you are driving
There is a variety of street parking and parkades surrounding the City Market Downtown when we are on 104th Street and in City Hall. Street parking in downtown Edmonton is $1 for two hours on Saturdays. You can park at Manulife Place any Saturday year round and get 3 hours of parking for $1. When the City Market is at City Hall, you can park in the heated, underground metered parkade under City Hall, which can be accessed off 99th Street and 103 A Avenue, and $1 will buy you 2 hours of parking. Remember to bring change and plug your meter (or you will get a ticket).
If you are taking the bus or LRT
It is easy to take Edmonton Transit to get to the City Market. If you are taking the LRT, get off at the Bay Enterprise Square station to access the Market when it is on 104th Street, or get off at the Churchill Square station when the Market is indoors at City Hall. There are a variety of ETS bus routes that can also get you downtown and at the Market in a snap. Check out the City of Edmonton’s ETS trip planner to help you get here.
